Mobile Bottling Wine Labeling System
Designed especially for the needs of mobile bottling lines, wine oriented contract packagers and medium sized wineries, Quadrel’s Vac-Wrap 200 combines compact design and world class performance with an economical price.
Designed for bordeaux, burgundy, champagne or Rhine type bottles, this labeling system is equipped with two label applicators and is capable of applying front and back labels simultaneously from two rolls of labels or off the same roll if printed alternating on the web.
The Vac-Wrap 2000 features PLC control, color touch screen operator interface, stainless steel construction, and “on the fly” label adjustment. The system attains up 175ppm with +/- 1mm accuracy.
