Quadrel’s Q125 RFID applies pre-printed and pre programmed RFID tags to shipping boxes, cartons, bottles, and even multipacks with speed matched precision. Outside processes preprogram these transponders and during the verification process, defective tags are removed from the roll. These removed tags cause problems with the competition but with Quadrel’s Q125 RFID software, these missing tags are ignored and the web is advanced to the next tag with pinpoint precision.
With our optional Push Pull web handling technology, perforated fan folded RFID labels are applied with virtually no stress to the perforations. The Q125 RFID with Encoder based speed synchronization, and our RFID missing tag software make the Q125 an ideal highspeed RFID tag applicator to be used in the most demanding environments.
