Quadrel’s Q34 RFID printer applicator encodes, prints and applies RFID smart labels to shipping boxes, cartons and pallets all at once. With simple off the shelf software packages, the RFID Printers can be programmed to either encode only, print only, or encode and print “Smart Labels.” The Q34 interface with the RFID print engine utilizes a verify output to notify the Q34 if a transponder was not encoded. Non encoded labels are ejected and not applied to the product.
The Q34 RFID utilizes digital controls to precisely apply the encoded tags without damage to the transponders. With our Intellitamp’ module, Operators can digitally select the contact pressure of the Tamp Pad from minimal to non-contact Blow-On. If the tag is programmed and verified, rest assured it will be applied with care and precision.
