This VersaLine labeling system applies panel labels
to square containers by using two labels to cover all
four sides. The labels are applied at speeds of 150
products per minute with pinpoint accuracy.
As the products enter the system, they are captured
by the top hold down conveyor and held securely in
place as two Q60 wipe-on applicators tag labels to
the leading and side panels of the product.
The heavy-duty wrap conveyor rotates the product
against a stationary silicone foam back-up station,
completing the impression of the labels on the remaining
sides of the product.
System features include advanced microprocessor
control and heavy-duty cabinet base construction.
An AC drive inverter syncronizes the applicators to
the system's product handling.
