The popular VersaLine Labeling System is used to apply front/back labels to a variety of beverage containers at speeds up to 100 PPM. Product sizes range from 96 oz. to One-Half Gallon.

Products are transferred over a custom-furnished transfer plate onto the product conveyor. They are then separated by the product metering wheel, aligned by the guide rails and captured by the top hold down conveyor. The two wipe-on applicators apply labels to each side of the product. An outfeed product jam sensor is used to detect a back up of product from the upstream line. If a back up does occur, the labeling system will not continue loading until the upstream line is cleared.

Additional features include low label and broken web detection. When the label supply triggers a low label sensor on the unwind, a beacon will light, alerting the operator. If a broken web occurs, the system will automatically shut down for operator assistance.

An optional wrap station may be added to apply labels to cylindrical containers on the same line.
