Wraparound/Bottom Labeling System: Candles

This custom pressure-sensitive labeling system was specifically designed to
apply labels around 2 oz. shrink-wrapped, tapered votive candles at speeds up to 60 ppm.
The products are loaded onto the product conveyor, separated by the metering
wheel and captured by a spring-loaded top hold down assembly (accommodates variations in the product).
The label is dispensed from the Q10 applicator onto the side panel of the product
and impressed around the product by the side wrap station.
The product then enters the dual hugger side-belt assembly. The bottom label is then
applied while in the control of the side belts and as the products are exiting the system.
The ModuLine® system features microprocessor controls with digital keypad inputs,
stepper driven label drive, stainless steel construction, heavy duty head and hugger
belt support, 8' conveyor and encoder-based line speed compensation.
