Front/Back/Neck Labeling for Wine Bottles: Versaline

This new, heavy-duty wine labeling system applies decorative labels to the front, back
and necks of Bordeaux or Burgundy style bottles of various sizes at speeds of up to 100
bottles per minute.
Incoming bottles are held securely by the top hold down conveyor as the front, back and
neck labels are applied. The bottles then enter a wrap station for the final wipe
down of all labels.
This system also features an optional overlabeling station. This allows the application
of front and back labels over existing labels.
Overlabeling is an important feature for many of today's vinters with ever-changing
label content and language requirements.
The overlabeling is achieved through the use of a bottle indexing station and a sensor
that detects the position of the existing label.
All stations are speed-synchronized by digital AC inverter drives. This provides
digital single point speed control over the entire system. Additional features
include stainless steel construction, precise 4-axis head supports and stepper driver
microprocessor controlled labeling stations.
