The PL30 Pharmaceutical labeling system applies labels to vials and ampoules from 1ml to 100ml or 3/8" to 2" in diameter at up to 200 ppm (dependent upon product).

This new system features a top mounted Q10 labeling head and wrap station, infeed and accumulation system and all stainless steel construction.

Products are slid on to the infeed tray directly from the carton and fed to the roller conveyor by the infeed star wheel. The angled conveyor uses gravity to assure that all products are fed to the labeling station in the proper position. The label is applied to the product while being rotated against the roller conveyor. Products are then fed to the accumulation tray by the outfeed star wheel.

Position indicators on all mechanical adustments, as well as 'one touch' recall for all electronic adjustments, make operation and changeover of the PL30 simple and reliable.

This system is available with all standard options such as full validation packaging, lot and date code printing, label inspection and all common faults.

The PL30 is also available without the infeed or accumulation system for more fully automated lines.
