The ModuLine Horizontal Roller Labeling System is used to apply wraparound labels to a variety of cylindrical syringes at speeds up to 40 PPM. Product size varies from 3/4" to 1-3/4" in diameter.

This system features our popular Q31 printer applicator with our apply only and wipe-on modules. This unit is capable of printing and applying bar code/variable information by adding the optional OEM print engine.

Products are manually loaded onto the horizontal roller conveyor, aligned by the guide rails and labeled by the Q31. The top mounted wrap wheel rotates and impresses the label around the product.

This system is ideal for unstable products and meets the needs for those requiring an automatic system at an affordable price.
