This modular labeling system prints and applies three panel and bottom labels
to narrow rectangular products similar to toothbrush or
fastener containers.
A Q31 printer applicator dispenses a label
to the top of a rectangular container prior to passing to
the top hold down conveyor. This conveyor stabilizes the
container as it passes through the fold tool assembly.
This assembly impresses the label to the sides of the
container. Once the folding is completed, the product
passes through a dula hugger belt assembly.
A second Q31 prints and applies a label to the bottom of the container.
This system features two low cost Q31 wipe-on printer applicators with
microprocessor controls and stainless construction.
