This print and apply labeling system applies up to six labels to flat cartons at 100' per minute. Each label position is entered into the programmable microprocessor, allowing multiple labels to be applied from one product detect.

Variable and bar code information are down-loaded and printed on the labels by a thermal transfer printer. The applicator is designed with a loop control interface. This maintains a supply of printed labels for each Q60 applicator. This system also features a custom dual low profile H-base stand with horizontal and vertical adjustment.

Line speed is automatically sychronized through an encoder signal. Any changes in the speed of the conveyor system automatically adjusts the speed and position of the label on the product. All this is controlled through the onboard microprocessor.
