This bar code labeling system prints and applies variable information labels
to a wide variety of products. Top or side panel product identification labels are
printed and applied to each product as it passes along the intgrated stainless
steel conveyor.
The printer-applicator incorporates a modular thermal/ thermal transfer print
engine manufactured by Sato, Zebra or Datamax.
After a label is printed, it is immediately applied to the product. This on-demand printing of labels maintains accurate product and label correlation while eliminating a printed queue of labels. Printed label inventories are reduced as specific product information is printed on-line.
Options include corner wrap assemblies, bar code scanners/ verifiers and label design software packages.
