Labels up to 8" in length are applied to the leading panel of corrugated cartons
as they travel on a customer-furnished product conveyor.
This Q10 stepper-driven labeling system is ideal for identifying batches of
products with preprinted labels. The labels may be printed off-line and supplied
to the system as required, allowing substantial preprinted label inventory reduction.
For uninterrupted application of variable information, an on-line thermal transfer/
direct thermal printer with an optional loose-loop printer interface package may be added to the system.
The interface package maintains a supply loop of printed labels that feed directly
to the Q10 labeler. This allows a smoother application of labels with custom information,
making roll changes minimal.
