This High-Speed Zero-Downtime labeling system features two top-mounted Q60 applicators integrated to a vacuumized product conveyor.

Individual plastic lids are transported to the labeling station on the vacuum conveyor. The vacuum holds the product in proper position as the Q60 applicator applies the label to the top of the product at speeds up to 200 PPM.

The zero-downtime function automatically activates the secondary applicator in the event of low label supply or broken web.

Encoder based speed compensation monitors any changes in the speed of the line speed and automatically adjusts the labeler.

Other features include product and label counters, elapsed hour meter and product per minute display.
