The VersaLine Vertical Roller labeling system is used to apply wraparound
labels to tall, unstable cylindrical containers at speeds up to 250 ppm.
This system uses a vertical roller conveyor to stabilize each container during
label application by trapping the product and allowing it to spin between two
cylindrical rollers during the labeling operation.
This particular system is configured with our R220 self-contained remote powered
unwind to improve the efficiency of the labeling system by providing a nonstop,
uninterrupted label supply to the labeling head.
All stainless steel cabinet base construction and overhead electonics make this
system ideal for continuous operation in harsh environments.
This high-speed labeling system is ideally suited for tall, unstable PET bottles commonly used
by beverage marketers.
