This high-performance labeling system was specifically designed to meet the stringent demands of high-speed, multi-shift operations.

The system shown is configured with four servo-driven Q62 applicators and applies front and back labels to oval containers at speeds of 300 PPM. The four heads provide continuous, zero-downtime operation. The system is also capable of applying up to four labels to a single product (front/back, spot, neck, split/back, etc.).

Features include P2 color touchscreen in an overhead swing-boom for easy operator access.

The PLC, inverter drives and other electronics are located in two back-to-back, stainless steel Nema 4X enclosures. Other features include all stainless steel construction, shaft driven product handling, flush transfer, infeed and outfeed conveyors and all standard faults.

Paper or thin film, "no label look" pressure-sensitive labels may be applied in configurations of wraparound, spot, neck or any combination, at speeds up to 400 PPM. Consult factory for details.
