The VersaLine Front & Back labeler features two stepper-driven Q60 wipe-on
labeling heads, stainless steel conveyor sidewalls, mechanically integrated top hold down
conveyor, overhead electronics and two M2 microprocessor controllers.
While under the top hold down the conveyor, the labeling heads apply the labels to
the sides of the product.
Fold tooling on each side completes the label wipe down onto the top and bottom
while ensuring proper adhesion to the carton.
The reverse tuck application is applied with a +/- 1/32" accuracy at a rate
of up to 200 ppm.
Coupling ultraviolet label detection with product ejection provides pharmaceutical
companies the assurance that products are sealed when they exit the system.
