Unwind Q60 labeling head feature two 16” unwinds to help reduce roll changeover downtime
by up to 50%. Two adjustable low label detectors, a splicing station, fully adjustable
mounting yoke and remote electronics complete this reliable system.
This custom head also includes a pivoting peel plate and peel-tip label sensing.
The peel plate can be rotated up to 50 degrees without affecting the dispensing
speed. This facilitates head adjustments to properly apply labels to different shaped
products.
