Dual-function labeling system applies both decorative labels and tamper-evident
bands to cylindrical products at speeds up to 100 products per minute.
This ModuLine® labeling system features two labeling heads, a corrosion
resistant stainless steel conveyor and a heat tunnel.
After a primary decorative label has been applied, a clear tamper-evident band is
wrapped around both the container and the cap. The product then enters the heat
tunnel. This shrinks and conforms the heat-sensitive band to the body of the
product. Vertical perforations and a raised tab allow the seal to be easily removed
by the consumer.
