This labeling system uses a vertical roller conveyor (trunion) to stabilize each container during label application by trappiing the product and allowing it to spin between two cylindrical rollers during label operation. This in-line labeling system features a high-speed wipe on applictor with encoder-based velocity compensation. The rate compensation synchronizes the onveyor, wrap station, vertical roller module and labeling head to allow simple production rate changes. Options include infeed and outfeed bank control. This high-speed labeling system is ideally suited for tall, unstable PET bottles commonly used by beverage marketers.
