Applies labels to a wide variety of containers
and irregularly shaped products. Products are manually loaded into a product fixture.
The air cylinder extends the vacuum pad and tamps the label onto the product.
Labels up to 25 ppm with +/-1/32” placement accuracy. Features include solid state
electronics with convenient controls, photoelectric label detection and a synchronous
stepping motor drive. |

cylindrical products from 5/16”Dia.-2-1/2”Dia.
Products are manually loaded
onto an infeed ramp and a product wheel indexes the product to the labeling station.
The Mod 3 applies the label as the product rotates under the impresser roller.
Labels up to 50 ppm with +/-1/32” placement accuracy. Ideal for products such as
syringes, batteries, lip balms, crayons, pharmaceutical containers, etc. |

Applies labels to a wide variety of
cylindrical products from 2”Dia.-6”Dia.
Products are manually loaded onto
the “cradle” rollers. The operator activates the foot switch, which lifts the
“cradle” up to the impresser roller. When the impresser roller contacts the product,
a label is dispensed and wrapped around the product. The cradle then returns to
its original position and the product is removed. The process is then repeated.
Labels up to 20 ppm with +/-1/32” placement accuracy.
Product samples may include beverage containers, automotive parts, and
wine bottles. |
