This unique labeling system uses a vacuumized
wrap conveyor to transfer two, three or four labels to the body of plastic or glass
cylindrical containers. The ideal applicaiton being Bordeaux or Burgundy wine bottles.
Body labels may be dispensed from a single web (converted front/back) or from separate
webs. This system also applies spot or full wrap labels to the product's neck or
shoulder, and is capable of speeds to 150 bottles per minute @ +/-1mm accuracy. |

This NEW labeling system applies labels to
2ml to 100ml vials (1/2” to 2” diameter) at up to 200 ppm and features an infeed
and accumulation system. Products are placed on the infeed tray directly from the
carton. They are then fed to the labeling system by the infeed product wheel,
labeled, and automatically deposited onto the accumulation table.
The PL30 features stainless steel construction, microprocessor control and
heavy-duty construction throughout. This system is also available for automatic,
in-line applications |

This custom EAS applicator features a large
20” diameter roll capacity and high-speed tamp/blow applicator module. The Q41 EAS
is capable of dispensing all Sensormatic (including Ultramax) as well as Checkpoint
(R.F.) security tags. Changeover is quick and easy between the two most commonly used
tags. The Q41 labels at speeds up to 400 ppm while maintaining accuracy and reliable
performance. |
