The rotary systems designed by Quadrel combine world-class product handling with the technically advanced Q60 label applicator to create a product decoration system unsurpassed in accuracy, reliability and performance. This system is capable of speeds up to 360 ppm. If needed, speeds of up to 500 ppm are available with larger diameter platforms. |

The rotary base may be integrated with up to four labeling heads to apply full wraparound, front/back, neck and spot labels. It may also be configured to automatically switch from one labeling head to another for a “zero-downtime” system. Ideal for pharmaceutical, personal care, food and beverage, wine and spirit markets. |
