Product Handling
Quadrel's Rotary labeling system combines world class product handling with the
technically-advanced Q60 labeling head to create a product decoration system
unsurpassed in accuracy, reliability, and performance.
The system shown combines 816mm diameter 12-tool turret base with two high speed
label applicators. This system can be used to apply pressure sensitive labels to
a wide variety of products in front/back, neck, spot or full wraparound configurations.
This system is capable of applying labels in orienting and non-orienting applications
at speeds up to 360 products per minute.
The Rotary system can accommodate various tool configurations and larger diameter
platforms that can increase throughput to 600 products per minute.
Up to 4 Labeling Stations
The rotary base may be integrated with up to 2 labeling heads to apply full wraparound,
front & back, neck and spot labels. It may also be configured to automatically
switch from one labeling head to another for a "zero downtime" system.
Quick Changeover
Change tooling for different products features quick set up no tool adjustments.
The open design allows easy access to all components.
Advanced Technology
The M2 menu-driven microprocessor features onboard diagnostics, product and label
counters, rate indicator and memory for 50 label presets. Encoder-based speed
compensation automatically synchronizes the applicator to the system's product
handling. The complete labeling system may also be synchronized to changing production
line speeds.
