Rotary Labeling System: Cosmetic

This heavy duty, custom rotary indexing system was specifically designed to
apply labels to the front/back and top of various shaped 1.5 oz. glass containers
of makeup.
The custom tamp applicator applies labels to flat, concurve or convex surfaces with
extreme precision (+/- .05mm). The bottles are held securely during the labeling
process by a spring loaded product fixture. (see photo)
This system features a stainless steel clad cabinet base, 1" thick steel top
plate, 1 to 4 applicators, overhead swing arm electronics, UV and bar code scanning
system (to verify label placement), cammed product eject station and quick change
tooling.
