This high-performance Q32 printer applicator is configured with an adjacent side module, which applies separate labels to the leading and/or side panel of corrugated boxes.

Bar code and variable information, available in numerous fonts and formats, is downloaded to the thermal transfer print engine. A product sensor signals the Q32 to print and predispense a label to the tamp assembly. The label is then applied to the leading panel of the corrugated box.

The tamp assembly returns to the home postion and the label is printed and wiped on the side of the product.

Constructed of heavy-duty aluminum and stainless steel, this microprocessor controlled printer-applicator can be mounted on a horizontal or vertical axis. Features include a 16" unwind, low label end of web detection and printer faults.

Other popular application modules available include; air-tamp, air-blow, wipe-on and various pneumatic swing arms for side, top and leading edge and corner wrap applications.
