Quadrel's leading edge corner wrap print & apply labeling system is the ideal solution for identifying two sides of corrugated cartons with variable information. The thermal transfer printer prints and applies next-out labels in numerous resident fonts while supporting all popular bar code formats.

The Q30 prints and dispenses up to a 14" long label to the pneumatic swing-arm assembly. The swing-arm then extends across the conveyor as the label is applied to the leading edge of the carton. A proximity sensor signals the unit to return for the next label.
