This Q32 labeling system prints and applies custom compliance and bar code labels to the leading edge and side of various corrugated cartons.

Products are transferred onto the rubber belt conveyor. As the product travels, the Q32 prints and predispenses the label to the leading panel swing arm assembly. The product then contacts the swing arm and the label is applied to the leading panel. As the swing arm retracts, the roller impressor completes the label impression onto the side of the carton.

This system features a 16" unwind, low label, end of web detection and all standard faults and corner wrap hardware. Other features include microprocessor control and heavy duty, stainless steel construction.

Optional modules include tamp, air-blow, wipe-on or adjacent side.
