The Q60 Wipe-On Label Applicator is integrated to a Kirk Rudy 215 Transport System.

Flat, unerected cartons are loaded onto the hopper of the Kirk Rudy Transport system. The feeder mechanism sheers a product off the bottom one at a time. The product is then transported on a vacuum conveyor to Quadrel's top mounted Q60 wipe-on label applicator.

The Q60 applies a label to the top of the product at speeds up to 300 PPM. The product exits the conveyor on the optional Kirk Rudy hopper or shingling conveyor.

The Q60 is electronically integrated to the transport system with an encoder. Any changes in speed of the transport system automatically adjust the Q60 labeling head speed.

The heavy-duty mounting accommodates different sizes of products by horizontal and vertical lead screw adjustment.
