This popular VersaLine labeling system features two Q60 high speed stepper driven wipe-on label applicators applying front/back labels on a two-gallon rectangular PET container.

Products are automatically transferred onto the product conveyor, aligned by guide rails, captured by the top hold down conveyor and labeled at up to 100 PPM.

The system is controlled by all commercially available components, including an Allen Bradley Micrologix programmable logic controller, CTC P1 touch screen, and Nema 4 sensors and push buttons.

All components are stainless steel or hard coat anodized for corrosive-resistant environments. Electrical components are housed in Nema 4X enclosures.
