This integrated labeler features Quadrel's high-speed stepper driven Q60 labeling head, two industrial grade belt conveyors, a rigid steel frame and overhead electronics. The M2 microprocessor controller with memory for 50 label presets is also featured.

System operation is both simple and efficient. Products are transferred to an infeed conveyor where they are aligned by a set of guide rails. Products then enter the labeling are where the Q60 applies a label to each product with accuracies of +/-1/32". The labels are then impressed to the products as they exit the outfeed conveyor.

This bottom labeling system is ideal for a wide variety of products. Quadrel also offers a dual hugger-belt system for applying labels tot he bottoms of more unstable products.
