Front/Back/Neck Labeling for Wine Bottles: Premier
NEW labeling system for Burgundy or Bordeaux wine bottles. This new system
is capable of applying three labels (front/back and neck or dual front/back and neck)
at speeds up to 125 products per minute with pinpoint accuracy.
Products are transferred to the conveyor and held securely in place by the top hold
down conveyor while the front/back labels are applied. The product is then transported
to a third labeling station which applies a label to the neck and the second label is
applied to the front (split face design). A custom reversing wrap station is used to
wipe the labels down in both directions.
The first station rotates the bottles 90 degrees clockwise to complete the leading edge
wipe down of the front label and trailing edge of the back label. As the bottle enters
the second wrap station, the bottle begins counterclockwise rotation to complete the
trailing edge wipe down of the front label and leading edge of the back label.
Additional features include microprocessor or PLC controls, complete AC inverter
integration, heavy duty construction and line shaft product handling.
