This cabinet base VersaLine labeling System applies a clear label to three sides of a square glass pharmaceutical space saver.

Products are separated and properly aligned by the dual feed screw drive unit prior to entering the top hold down conveyor where they are positively and accurately driven to the wipe-on applicator. The Q60 applies a label to the side panel of the product. The heavy duty wrap conveyor rotates the product against a stationary silicone foam back-up station. This completes the impression of the label on the remaining two sides of the product.

Clear label sensors, custom back belt and collapsible rewind assist in applying the clear label to the irregular-shaped products.
