The VersaLine Vertical Roller labeling system applies wraparound labels to tall,
unstable PET bottles commonly used by beverage marketers at speeds up to 250 ppm.
This system uses a vertical roller conveyor to stabilize each container during label
application by trapping the product and allowing it to spin between two cylindrical
rollers during the labeling operation.
Products are transferred over a customer furnished transfer plate onto the product
conveyor.
The product in feed guide places each product into the pockets of the vertical roller
module and the Q60 wipe on applicator applies a label to the side of the product.
The labels are wrapped around the product by the wrap station.
All stainless steel construction and overhead electronics make this system ideal for
continuous operation in harsh environments.
