This NEW High Speed Form labeling system was specifically designed to apply
pressure sensitive labels to multi-part business forms at speeds up to 250' per minute
with pinpoint accuracy.
This system, utilizing a Q80 applicator, features two separate
intercommunicating microprocessor controls. Encoder-based speed compensation automatically
synchronizes the label to the form and eliminates the need for eyemarks.
Stacked, fan folded forms are transported through
the system by tractor drive. The forms are then
re-stacked by a gravity folder.
This system accommodates up to 6 labels per
form, with a maximum label width of 10" and 20"
diameter roll capacity.
