Clamshell/Tray Pack Labeling System/Zero Down Time

This system applies preprinted labels to the bottoms of clamshell containers.  The modular design, with an overall length of 48", is ideal for space restricted areas and requires minimal line gap.  Two bar code scanners are used to detect a mismatch code.  The conveyor automatically shuts down if there is a fault.
