Specifically developed for harsh environments, such as dairies and water bottling plants, the ML60 precisely and reliably applies side-panel labels to various sizes of rectangular products at speeds up to 250 products per minute.

This stand-alone system straddles the existing conveyor. This configuration provides maximum flexibility allowing the system to be positioned anywhere on the production line.

The stepper-driven Q60 wipe-on labeler / product drive belt combination applies labels to wet and cold products more precisely than stand-alone air-blow labelers.

The standard overhead M2 microprocessor controller and an outboard-supported label drive prove to enhance the dependability and performance of the ML60. A Nema 4X enclosure and hot stamp imprinter are available options.
